We work with many developers on residential redevelopment and infill, where the projects range from affordable housing to high quality ‘forever’ homes.

This site, sitting high above Lake Rotoroa was a complete redevelopment, where the existing dwelling was removed and 3 brand-spanking high quality townhouses were designed and built, all with view of the Lake. The trick with this project was finding a happy balance of amenity space - between what the District Plan says we need and what the occupiers actually want.

This type of ‘negotiation’ is becoming more and more prevalent in infill and redevelopment projects, regardless of the housing market which the development is aimed at.
