Feathers Planning have been working with Anglesea Medical over a number of years on a staged approach to redevelopment. Staging has been necessary to ensure that existing tenants can continue to operate their businesses and services whilst ensuring car parking is maintained at the expected level for their patrons.

Because of timing, resource consent has been sought and obtained for each stage, which makes obtaining each of these consents a little easier, but timeliness was the pertinent matter for the contractors - to ensure that works could be undertaken as scheduled.

Feathers Planning are continuing to work with this client and there are more projects in the wings with Anglesea Medical, to complete the site redevelopment.
