- Q. How long does it take for you to answer an enquiry made?
- A. Your enquiry is answered promptly, usually within 24 hours.
- Q. How long does it take to process my order?
- A. Small orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation of your order. For large orders, you will be notified if there will be any delay in the processing/delivery of your order.
- Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
- A. Your order is sent promptly on receipt of payment and you are sent confirmation via email. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you have supplied on your order form. Payments made on a Friday night or weekend, do not show in our account until Tuesday morning. NZ Post delivery times vary between Islands. Please contact us if you have not received your purchase after 7 days of our email confirming your order is on its way.
- Q. Are you able to dye feathers to my colour choice?
- A. Yes, we are able to dye feathers to your colour choice when you have purchased them from us. Price is dependant on quantities purchased. Please contact us for a quote.
- Q. What is your returns policy?
- A. In the remote chance you are not happy with your purchase, contact us via email first and then on return of the goods by you, we will at our discretion, either arrange a refund of your purchase price – minus the Shipping cost or we may replace the item for a same or similar product.
Please choose carefully as a minimum restocking fee of $10 is applicable to all returns, when an order fault / mistake has occurred and is deemed not to have been made by the Feathers Staff. - Q. Where are your feathers from?
- A. Our Feathers are entirely from New Zealand bred birds gathered from our own farm property or sourced within New Zealand.
- Q. Are your feathers clean?
- A. Yes, our feathers are sent to you in a clean, ready to use state. The majority of our feathers are laundered before you receive them.
- Q. If I want more of the same type of feather that I have purchased, in the future will you still be able to supply them?
- A. Yes, although our products change on a daily/weekly basis, we keep good stock availability of the majority of our items on the website.
- Q. Are your feathers First Grade
- A. Yes, our feathers supplied to you are First Grade and hand sorted.
- Q. How do I pay for my purchases?
- A.We only have 2 methods of payment available. Payments to us may be made either via Internet Banking, or an over the Counter cash deposit into our account.
